8 steps to using disclosing tablets
The only usable way to see for yourself how effective (or not) your brushing is. It's actually quick and easy but it may stain your tongue blue for a while so don't do it just before you go out.

- Brush your teeth as best you can.
- Have a quick rinse.
- Chew one disclosing tablet up and work it around your teeth with your tongue.
- Have a really good rinse.
- Have a look in the mirror and anything stained blue has plaque on it. These are areas you have missed.
- Generally the darker the dye, the older the plaque.
- Take note of where you missed and then brush it off.
- Ideally do this three days in a row, two week days and a weekend and then repeat one day a month maybe?
