We take an impression of your teeth and use that to make a tray a little like a thin gum shield.
We supply gel and you use just a tiny dot on each tooth you want to whiten and then wear the tray usually for two hours a day, every day, for 2 to 4 weeks.
The amount of whitening that can be achieved is variable on everyone and sometimes it can take longer than 4 weeks but normally 3 weeks is sufficient time.
Expect that your smile will be a little brighter, not that you will look like Simon Cowell.
Keep the trays and then top up if necessary (just for a couple of days not for three weeks each time) perhaps every 6 months or a year if at all.
